Jolly Lanka Travels and Tours
We started Jolly Lanka in 2015 as a small group of locals who simply loved our island and wanted to share it with the world. Back then, it was just one tour guide and a big dream to show travelers the real Sri Lanka, not just the usual tourist spots.
From day one, we focused on offering genuine, personal experiences. We took guests to famous landmarks, yes, but also to the hidden places we grew up with: quiet villages, scenic backroads, and little-known cultural sites that don’t make it into the guidebooks.
Over the years, we’ve grown slowly and steadily, even through challenges like the global pandemic. Today, we’re proud to have guided thousands of travelers, offering multi-day tours, private chauffeur driven journeys, and tailor-made itineraries that fit each person’s style of travel.
Our mission is still the same as when we started to create unforgettable and responsible travel experiences, to connect visitors with Sri Lanka’s landscapes and communities, and to help protect the culture and nature we care about so deeply.
